GardaWorld is a global leader in integrated security and risk management, offering protective services and secure logistics solutions worldwide. In Tanzania, GardaWorld manages key infrastructure and facilities projects, including asset oversight and operations management.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Register, classify, and maintain a complete asset inventory.
• Conduct regular physical asset verifications and ensure records match.
• Coordinate asset transfers, disposals, repairs, and maintenance.
• Analyze asset data to support organizational decision-making.
• Provide training and guidance on asset handling procedures.
• Enforce asset policies to reduce losses and improve accountability.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Accounting, Business Management, or related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in asset management.
• Proficiency in accounting principles and Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word).
• Strong data analysis, organization, and communication skills.
• Able to work under pressure and ensure confidentiality of asset data.
• Knowledge of asset regulations and compliance standards.
• Basic Chinese language skills are an added advantage.
