JOB OVERVIEW
Fema Mining and Drilling Limited is hiring 3 Dozer Operators to support its mining operations in Katoro, Geita. Candidates must have experience in heavy machinery operation and be ready to work in challenging conditions with a strong commitment to safety and performance.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Operate dozers for earth-moving, grading, and leveling
- Conduct pre-operation inspections
- Follow project plans and supervisor instructions
- Adhere to safety regulations and use PPE
- Keep accurate records of work
- Coordinate with team members for smooth operations
- Perform routine maintenance and report issues
QUALIFICATIONS
- Heavy equipment operator certification or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
- Good understanding of safety practices in mining
- Ability to read site plans and work under pressure
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Basic maintenance knowledge is an added advantage
- Introduction letter from local government
