Art Initiative Program Assistant – School of St Jude, Arusha (Deadline: 30 July 2025)

The School of St Jude is seeking a creative and organized individual to join their team as an Art Initiative Program Procedure and Promotion Assistant. This full-time role is based in Arusha, Tanzania.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and manage student artwork across three campuses.
• Coordinate orders, logistics, packaging, and delivery of artworks.
• Collaborate with the Marketing and Academic teams on promotional content and artist statements.
• Liaise with visitors and organize exhibitions to showcase student art locally and internationally.
• Maintain digital artwork visibility and ensure all displays are updated.
• Manage and support CSY volunteers in art promotion tasks.
• Develop marketing strategies to increase visibility and funding for student artwork.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Fine Arts, Business, or related field.
• Experience in sales, marketing, or art promotion (minimum 1 year preferred).
• Strong communication in English and excellent interpersonal skills.
• Competent with Adobe InDesign, MS Office Suite, and digital tools.
• Creative, flexible, and capable of working in a collaborative environment.
