About the Company:

ZCL is a freight and forwarding company owned by the Zambian government under the Industrial Development Corporation (IDC).

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement marketing strategies to enhance the company’s brand and service visibility.
• Analyze market trends and customer needs to inform marketing plans.
• Lead corporate communications, public relations, and CSR efforts.
• Manage brand reputation and stakeholder relationships (e.g., government, industry bodies).
• Supervise marketing/corporate affairs teams and ensure professional growth.
• Develop and monitor marketing budgets and campaign ROI.
• Represent the company in public events and report performance to senior management.
• Use analytics to assess marketing and communication impact.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, PR, Business Admin, or related field.
• 7–10 years of relevant experience, with 3–5 years in management.
• Experience in logistics or transport industry preferred.
• Fieldwork experience is an advantage.
