Position: DevOps Support Specialist
Employment Type: Full-Time
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, build, and maintain reliable deployment environments using OpenShift, Kubernetes, Docker Swarm, and Linux.
- Support code deployment, system updates, and production releases.
- Monitor service availability, performance, and SLA compliance.
- Automate pipelines using GitLab CI/CD for technologies such as Spring Boot, Laravel, FastAPI, etc.
- Use observability tools like Prometheus, Grafana, and ELK Stack for system monitoring and improvement.
- Implement security in pipelines (SonarQube, OWASP), and manage configurations securely (Vault, Sealed Secrets).
- Facilitate disaster recovery planning and execute blameless postmortems for incidents.
- Promote DevOps culture, internal bootcamps, and knowledge sharing.
Qualifications & Skills Required:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or related field.
- Experience in Linux, Docker, Kubernetes/OpenShift.
- Proven ability in CI/CD, infrastructure automation, and application deployment.
- Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure, microservices, and secure development.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams (QA, Security, Developers).
