Land Surveyor – Advent Construction Ltd (Tanzania)

Role Summary:
Responsible for measuring and mapping land areas, determining property boundaries, and providing accurate survey data for construction and development projects.

Key Duties:

Conduct boundary, topographic, and construction surveys.
Gather and analyze land data (distances, angles, elevations, property lines).
Prepare detailed maps, sketches, and plans.
Operate surveying tools (GPS, theodolites, laser systems).
Maintain accurate survey records and ensure compliance with regulations.
Collaborate with architects, engineers, and planners.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s in Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field.
3–5 years’ experience in land surveying.
Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and GIS knowledge.
Professional certification/licensure per local regulations.
