About the Company:
Safer Power Company Ltd is a growing renewable energy firm providing affordable and reliable solar solutions across Tanzania, specializing in installations, product sales, and energy consulting.

Role Summary:
Responsible for identifying clients, assessing energy needs, recommending solar solutions, achieving sales targets, and ensuring after-sales support.

Key Duties:

Identify and engage households, SMEs, institutions, NGOs, and light industries.
Advise on solar system designs and configurations.
Meet monthly sales targets and maintain records.
Provide after-sales service and resolve customer issues.
Build and maintain client relationships.

Requirements:

Diploma/Degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, Business, Marketing, or related field.
1–3 years’ experience in solar sales or installations (advantage).
Strong knowledge of solar panels, inverters, and batteries.
Good English & Swahili communication skills.
MS Office proficiency.
