About the Role
We’re looking for a skilled and detail-focused Stores Officer to join our dynamic Supply Chain team in Dar es Salaam. This role is key to maintaining optimal inventory levels, ensuring accurate stock records, and supporting smooth logistics operations. Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure stock availability and accuracy

• Conduct regular stock audits and resolve any discrepancies

• Collaborate with Planning and Supply Chain teams to ensure timely stock replenishment

• Generate inventory reports and performance dashboards

• Participate in monthly stock planning and review meetings

• Track stock movements and suggest process improvements to enhance efficiency

• Utilize inventory systems and ERP tools (such as SAP) for effective stock management

• Support continuous improvement initiatives in inventory and warehouse operations

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Logistics, or a related field

• Excellent organizational and analytical skills

• Strong command of Microsoft Excel; familiarity with ERP systems like SAP or Oracle is a plus

• Effective communicator with solid interpersonal skills

• Meticulous attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

• A proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and grow
