Responsibilities:
- Manage inbound/outbound calls, SMS, and client communications
- Handle inquiries, complaints, and telesales activities
- Maintain client and lead databases
- Verify loan applicants and ensure complete documentation
- Educate clients on loan terms and payment details
- Provide after-sales support (device swaps, app issues, theft cases)
- Generate reports and escalate unresolved issues
Minimum Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- 2+ years experience in customer service or telesales
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
