Job Title:

Manager Inventory and OTC: Trade Partners & Dealer Support

Job Type: Full-Time


Role Purpose:

  • Oversee accurate, timely end-to-end sales processing for trade partners, including ordering, invoicing, cash collection, reconciliations, and risk management aligned with policies and controls.
  • Manage commission payment processes for indirect and direct channel partners, ensuring accuracy, reconciliation, and compliance.
  • Support new commission structure development and maintain dealer relationships and dispute resolution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Optimize inventory levels and ensure timely delivery with supply chain collaboration.
  • Ensure compliance with inventory and commission policies and industry standards.
  • Maintain dealer relationships and satisfaction.
  • Analyze market trends and commission performance for decision-making.
  • Lead initiatives for process improvements and automation.
  • Contribute to business planning and maintain strong control environment.
  • Communicate and coordinate across departments (Sales, IT, Billing, Tax, Treasury).
  • Coach, develop, and establish succession plans for the team.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Graduate in Accountancy or related field.
  • CPA or equivalent professional qualification.
  • 5-7+ years in transactional operations with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Knowledge of BIG 5 Controls, IFRS, local GAAP, and OTC processes.
  • Strong analytical skills with business insight.
  • Experience with management accounting (P&L, balance sheet, cash flows).
  • Effective communication at all organizational levels.
