Manager Inventory and OTC: Trade Partners & Dealer Support
Job Type: Full-Time
Role Purpose:
- Oversee accurate, timely end-to-end sales processing for trade partners, including ordering, invoicing, cash collection, reconciliations, and risk management aligned with policies and controls.
- Manage commission payment processes for indirect and direct channel partners, ensuring accuracy, reconciliation, and compliance.
- Support new commission structure development and maintain dealer relationships and dispute resolution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Optimize inventory levels and ensure timely delivery with supply chain collaboration.
- Ensure compliance with inventory and commission policies and industry standards.
- Maintain dealer relationships and satisfaction.
- Analyze market trends and commission performance for decision-making.
- Lead initiatives for process improvements and automation.
- Contribute to business planning and maintain strong control environment.
- Communicate and coordinate across departments (Sales, IT, Billing, Tax, Treasury).
- Coach, develop, and establish succession plans for the team.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Graduate in Accountancy or related field.
- CPA or equivalent professional qualification.
- 5-7+ years in transactional operations with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Knowledge of BIG 5 Controls, IFRS, local GAAP, and OTC processes.
- Strong analytical skills with business insight.
- Experience with management accounting (P&L, balance sheet, cash flows).
- Effective communication at all organizational levels.
