Key Purpose:
Drive growth in sales volume, increase market share, and enhance competitiveness by providing differentiated, market-driven services in clearly identified segments.
Main Responsibilities:
- Achieve assigned sales targets.
- Manage and supervise distributors, including orders, payments, and redistribution.
- Ensure availability of a complete range of IB products in retail outlets.
- Ensure proper merchandising of brands, including POS materials and chillers.
- Ensure chillers are placed in performing outlets and stocked exclusively with IBPLC products.
- Monitor product pricing at sales outlets.
- Track competitor actions closely.
Key Skills and Competencies:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Dynamic, sociable, and well-organized.
- Good communication (oral and written).
- Team leadership skills and ability to maintain collaboration across departments.
- Ability to work under pressure and respond well to feedback.
- Reliable, punctual, and self-disciplined.
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree (B.Sc.) or Higher National Diploma (HND) in Social Sciences or relevant discipline.
- At least 2 years sales experience in the FMCG industry.
- Good practical and theoretical knowledge of FMCG sales
