📌 Position: Assistant Production Manager – Irrigation and Climate

Reporting to: Production Manager
Position Type: Staff Position

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Operate and manage computerized greenhouse irrigation and climate systems
• Conduct soil, water, and substrate sampling for external analysis
• Maintain detailed crop and climate records
• Supervise labor, plan schedules, and coordinate leave
• Train teams on irrigation and climate protocols, safety, and hygiene

✅ Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s in Agriculture, Horticulture, Agronomy, or Irrigation Engineering
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in greenhouse crop production
• Proficiency in climate and irrigation systems
• Strong team leadership and supervisory skills
• Competence in sampling techniques and record-keeping
• Advanced computer literacy and agricultural software use
