Purpose:

Manage the Bancassurance unit and coordinate between DTB branches, clients, and insurance partners.

Key Duties:

• Lead and oversee all Bancassurance operations.
• Reconcile premiums and monitor commission receivables.
• Achieve sales targets for life and general insurance.
• Handle regulatory issues related to Bancassurance.
• Guide branch-level Bancassurance representatives.
• Coordinate insurance product quotations for clients.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Insurance & Risk Management.
• CII certification (Chartered Insurance Institute).
• Master’s or Postgraduate Diploma (added advantage).
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in insurance (life, medical, general).
