Job Title: Manager – Treasury Sales Bank of Africa Tanzania (BOA)

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a team to grow treasury products (FX, money markets, liquidity solutions) for corporate, SME, and retail clients.
• Collaborate with Relationship Managers to create and execute treasury sales strategies.
• Identify potential clients, maintain existing relationships, and drive portfolio growth.
• Provide market analysis, insights, and customized treasury solutions.
• Monitor pricing, deal capture, and ensure compliance with internal and regulatory standards.
• Mentor Treasury Sales Dealers and conduct product training for branch staff.

Technical & Professional Skills:

• Strong knowledge of foreign exchange, risk management, and banking operations.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in treasury, with proficiency in FX, bonds, and financial instruments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Commerce, Mathematics, or related fields (Master’s preferred).
• ACI Dealing Certificate required.
• Skilled in MS Excel and financial systems (e.g., Refinitiv).

Soft Skills:

• Proactive, results-driven, and self-motivated.
• Strong leadership, communication, and relationship management skills.
