Job Summary:

The Marketing Officer will play a key role in developing and implementing local marketing campaigns and organizing impactful events to boost awareness of the school's mission and achievements. The ideal candidate will be passionate, organized, creative, and eager to contribute meaningfully to the community.

Key Responsibilities:

Implement and execute local marketing campaigns and promotional events.

Collaborate with the Assistant Team Lead – Marketing to explore and develop new promotional strategies.

Work closely with the Social Media Content Producer and Graphic Designers to create compelling bi-lingual content.

Assist in promoting and organizing school events led by Art, Sports, and Visitor teams.

Contribute to the development of newsletters targeting parents and supporters.

Minimum Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Media, Business, or Commerce.

Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a marketing or sales-related role.

Strong campaign management and event coordination skills.

Ability to apply marketing theory to practical campaign activities.

Highly organized, reliable, and detail-oriented with a proactive mindset.

Fluent in English and Kiswahili.

Willingness to work extended hours and weekends when necessary.
