Role Overview

We are seeking a qualified and passionate Officer – Sponsor Relations to support communication between sponsors and the school. This role involves ensuring smooth and timely communication, managing sponsor queries, and assisting with the delivery of academic updates.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage sponsor communications including letters, photos, and updates
• Format and share academic results, monitor student progress, and follow up as needed
• Maintain organized inbox and records, responding promptly to sponsor inquiries
• Develop content such as email templates and program updates
• Liaise across teams for translation, documentation, and smooth operations

Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s Degree (required)
• At least 1 year relevant work experience
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and InDesign
• Proactive, adaptable, and able to manage small projects
