Job Purpose:
Design, develop, and maintain financial products and digital delivery channels that meet customer needs and drive profitability. Support innovation within the Digital Business unit and manage the full product development lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage feature development from start to finish; provide direction to project teams
- Represent customer needs throughout product development
- Create use cases and user journey mockups
- Collaborate with teams across Product, Operations, Risk, and Finance
- Build and maintain product roadmaps, prioritizing features effectively
- Support testing and product launch readiness
Customer Engagement:
- Identify and assess new market opportunities
- Conduct and support customer experience experiments
- Guide teams on improving user conversions and feature adoption
Learning & Growth:
- Promote high performance and development within the team
- Maintain personal growth and participate in training initiatives
Stakeholder Management:
- Internal: Senior leadership across Digital Business, Risk, Finance, Operations
- External: Customers, partners, suppliers, regulators
Decision-Making Scope:
- Product roadmap and backlog
- Sales pipeline conversion
- Supplier and third-party agreements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or Business
- At least 3 years of experience, with 1 year in an analyst role
- Familiarity with digital payments, product development, or financial services
- Experience in areas like UX, marketing, or sales is an advantage
- Strong data-driven decision-making and problem-solving abilities
