KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Receive and process applications for insurance coverage.
• Ensure all policy requirements are fulfilled.
• Guide customers in completing insurance forms.
• Act as an intermediary between clients and insurance companies.
• Monitor and follow up on insurance claims.
• Inspect property to evaluate insurance risk, including photography.
• Attend industry-related trainings (TIRA and insurance principals).
• Provide customer support and product guidance.
• Ensure timely renewal of expired insurance covers.
• Cross-sell ELM products and acquire new business.
• Conduct direct marketing and schedule client appointments.
• Present insurance proposals to potential customers.
• Perform market research on competitors and trends.
• Meet portfolio growth and profitability targets.
• Prepare and submit daily/weekly/monthly sales reports.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the supervisor.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Diploma in Business Studies (minimum).
• Formal qualification in Insurance (mandatory).
• Computer literate.
• Prior experience in sales is an added advantage.
