Job Summary:
Meridianbet is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join its team as a Customer Support Specialist. This role is based in the Online Department and reports to the Online Customer Support Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering excellent support services to customers across various digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via live chat, email, and social media.
  • Resolve customer issues related to payments and escalate complex cases to appropriate teams.
  • Liaise with payment service providers to ensure timely resolution of payment-related concerns.
  • Maintain a high standard of customer service by offering friendly, accurate, and professional support.

Minimum Requirements:

  • A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a customer support or related role.
  • A bachelor’s degree from a recognized institution.
  • Fluency in both English and Swahili.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Willingness to work on weekends, public holidays, and in rotating shifts.
